1. 60-Day Return Policy We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Items for Return All physical products sold by SpyGuy are eligible for a return and a full refund within the 60-day period.

3. Non-Refundable Items While the physical GPS tracking device is eligible for a full refund, the recurring monthly service subscription fees for GPS tracking are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return You should start your return using our online portal before sending any products back to us. Returns sent without being initiated through the portal will take longer to process.

SpyGuy will pay for the return shipping label - you will not need to pay anything to return an item.

5. Conditions for a Full Refund To ensure a smooth process and help us issue your 100% refund without delay, we ask that you please follow these guidelines for your return:

  • Please start your return through our online portal before shipping the item back.

  • The product is returned in its original, new condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included with the return.

6. Refunds and Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take up to 7 business days.

7. Partial Refunds & Fees If the the product is damaged, has missing parts, or is not in original condition), a fee of up to 40% of the product cost may be deducted from your refund.

2-day and overnight shipping charges will not be refunded for orders delivered on time. If your order wasn't delivered on time and you chose 1-2 day shipping, we're happy to refund this to you.

8. Exchanges If you wish to exchange a product, please use our online portal to initiate the process:

Once your original item is received, we will ship out the replacement product.

9. One-Year Warranty All products are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If you believe your product is defective and it is within one year of purchase, please contact our support team to arrange for a replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accident.

Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations are handled for standard orders, pre-orders, and recurring subscriptions.

1. Cancellation of Standard Orders

Due to our commitment to fast, same-day shipping, requests to cancel a standard order must be received before our daily shipping cutoff of 5:30 PM Eastern Time (2:30 PM Pacific Time) on the day of purchase.

  • How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately using the contact widget on our website or by emailing help@spyguy.com.

  • After an Order Has Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to receive the package and initiate a return by following our Refund and Return Policy.

2. Cancellation of GPS Service Subscriptions

This applies specifically to the recurring monthly service fees for our GPS tracking products.

  • You may cancel your monthly GPS tracking subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your service will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription using the link provided in your original order confirmation email.

  • In line with our Refund and Return Policy, payments already made for the current or previous subscription months are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of Pre-Orders

For items offered on a pre-order basis, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Refund and Return Policy.
