SpyGuy Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed and shipped by SpyGuy. We are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and discreet shipping experience for all our customers.

1. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Same-Day Shipping: All orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:30 PM Eastern Time (2:30 PM Pacific Time) will be processed and shipped on the same day.

  • Next-Business-Day Shipping: Orders placed after the 5:30 PM ET cutoff time, on weekends, or on US national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event that an item is out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. Shipping will be delayed until the item is available.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We offer the following shipping options for all addresses within the United States:

  • Free Ground Shipping (Free): All orders include free ground shipping. We use a combination of UPS and USPS for this service. While most orders arrive within 4 business days, please allow for potential carrier delays.

  • 2-Day Express ($19.99): Expedited 2-day delivery is available via FedEx for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

  • Overnight Express ($39.99): Overnight delivery is available via FedEx for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

3. Shipping Destinations & Special Addresses

  • We ship to any valid address within the United States, including homes, apartments, businesses, and private mailboxes.

  • PO & APO Boxes: We can deliver to PO and APO mailboxes via USPS. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times for 2-Day and Overnight services to these addresses, as USPS does not offer guaranteed timelines for these routes.

4. International Shipping

We do not ship directly to international addresses. Customers outside of the USA may use a third-party package forwarding service, such as MyUS.com. The customer is solely responsible for any international tariffs, duties, taxes, or fees incurred.

5. Discreet Packaging & Privacy

To protect your privacy, all orders are shipped with complete discretion.

  • Packaging: Orders are sent in plain, unmarked brown or white boxes and envelopes.

  • Shipping Label: The sender on the shipping label will be listed as "Fulfillment Center," not "SpyGuy." The contents of the package are not listed on the exterior.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. If you cannot find this email, you can look up your order status using the contact widget on our website or by emailing us at help@spyguy.com.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, modify items, or cancel your order, please use the contact widget on our website immediately.

Our team processes orders quickly. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. In this case, you will need to initiate a return once the package is delivered. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.


 

SpyGuy Refund Policy

We offer a risk-free, 100% money-back guarantee to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

1. 60-Day Return Period

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a full refund.

2. Eligible Products

This return policy applies to all products on the SpyGuy.com website.

3. Non-Refundable Items

As of September 2025, all physical products are eligible for a full refund.

Additionally, while the physical GPS tracking device is eligible for a full refund under this policy, the monthly service subscription fees for GPS tracking services are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please use our secure portal at returns.spyguy.com. Do not send items back to us without first initiating a return through the portal. Packages sent without an official return request may be lost, and we cannot be held responsible.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • There are no restocking or return fees for products returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. You will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price.

  • In very rare cases where a product is returned with clear damage, missing accessories, or is not the original item sent, a damage fee of up to 40% of the product cost may be applied at our discretion.

    • We are reasonable people, and how that you are, too!

6. Exchanges

Product exchanges can be processed quickly through our secure portal at returns.spyguy.com.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us to process a warranty claim for a replacement unit.
