Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You can always change your mind regarding your order! Just get in touch quickly—our team processes orders fast.

Use the contact widget at the bottom right of our website to request item removals, address changes, or a cancellation. If you need to add items or change the shipping speed, we can help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Cancellation requests must be received before our daily shipping cutoff of 5:30 PM Eastern / 2:30 PM Pacific on the day of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change or cancel it. You’ll need to receive the package and start a return. If you still need additional items or a different shipping speed, please get in touch so we can help with a new order.

How does the order show up on my credit card?

We know you’re trying to be discreet, so we’ve gone the extra mile to have credit card transactions listed under “SGE LLC” on your statement and not “SpyGuy.”

Do you accept checks, money orders, or gift cards?

Many of our customers are trying to be discreet and don’t want certain charges appearing on credit card statements or PayPal.

AmEx and Visa offer gift cards at most grocery stores and big-box retailers, which can then be used on this website.

We don’t accept checks or money orders.

Can I visit your physical store?

Thanks for your interest! We’ve never had a physical store and don’t plan on opening one.

Can you help with bulk purchases or law enforcement orders?

What is the order cutoff time?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:30 PM Eastern / 2:30 PM Pacific are shipped out the same day, except on US national holidays or when an item is out of stock.

Orders placed after this cutoff time are shipped the next business day.

How do I get free ground shipping?

Every order gets free and fast ground shipping via UPS or USPS. Most orders arrive within 4 business days, though carrier delays can happen.

Do you offer 2-day or overnight delivery?

Absolutely, we have these options at checkout. You’ll just need to place your order before the 5:30 PM Eastern cutoff time, otherwise it’ll be sent the next business day.

For orders that ship Friday, overnight delivery is Monday and 2-day delivery is Tuesday, except on carrier holidays.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to any valid address in the USA. This includes homes, apartments, businesses, and private mailboxes.

We can also deliver to PO and APO mailboxes, but cannot guarantee 2-day and overnight deliveries will get there on time as USPS doesn’t guarantee these services.

We don’t ship directly to international addresses. If you would like something shipped internationally, our clients outside the USA seem to like MyUS.com as a low-cost method of having packages forwarded.

Please be aware that any international duties, taxes, tariffs, and forwarding fees are your responsibility.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use a combination of UPS and USPS for our free ground shipping options, and FedEx for our 2-day and overnight methods.

If you have a special carrier request or requirement, please get in touch with us via the contact widget and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What does the package look like? Does it say SpyGuy?

All orders ship in discreet, plain, brown or white envelopes and boxes.

The shipping label doesn’t say SpyGuy, of course! It says “Fulfillment Center” and has the return address of the fulfillment center. The package contents aren’t listed on the packaging.

If you do an online search for the fulfillment center’s address, it doesn’t return anything related to SpyGuy.

I want this sent somewhere else, is that okay?

We understand some clients don’t want this sent to their home or business, and that’s fine. Just give us the full shipping address you want this sent.

Make sure you also add the billing address, which is tied to your credit card or other payment method, otherwise your payment might get refused.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

You’ll be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

If you lost it, open the contact widget to key in your email address and ZIP code, and you can see the details about your shipment.

What’s your return policy?

We have a 100% money-back guarantee that lasts 90 days after you receive your order. All physical products are eligible for a return and a full refund within that window, subject to the return conditions below.

While the physical GPS tracking device is eligible for a full refund, the monthly service subscription fees for GPS tracking are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment. It may take up to 7 business days.

2-day and overnight shipping charges will not be refunded for orders delivered on time. If your order wasn’t delivered on time and you chose 1–2 day shipping, we’re happy to refund that shipping charge.

How do I send back a return?

You can use our returns portal to start a new return and print off a shipping label. SpyGuy pays for the return shipping label.

Please, don’t send something back without opening up a return request through the portal first. Starting there keeps your return tracked and helps us process your refund promptly. Returns sent without a portal request will take longer to process.

How do I exchange products?

You can do a self-service exchange right in our exchanges portal. Once your original item is received, we’ll ship out the replacement product.

How long is the warranty?

All products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accident.

How do I return a defective product under warranty?

If your product is defective and it’s within one year of purchase, please get in touch with us. We’ll happily help arrange a replacement under your warranty coverage.

Are any items non-refundable?

All physical products are eligible for a return and a full refund within 90 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions below.

While the physical GPS tracking device is eligible for a full refund under this policy, the monthly service subscription fees for GPS tracking services are non-refundable.

Is there a return fee?

We do not charge any restocking or return fees for items that are returned in their original, new condition. To receive a full refund, please ensure that:

• You start the return through our online portal before shipping the item back.
• The product is in its original, new condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included.

Partial refunds and damage fees

We cannot provide a full refund for items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition. A fee of up to 40% of the product’s cost may be deducted from your refund. This applies to products returned with:

• Clear signs of use or wear, smoke smell, etc.
• Missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
• Any physical damage not present upon delivery.
